About this position

The Process Engineer is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support to assigned UAP and continuous improvement efforts. The main missions include creating/reviewing work instructions, validating new processes, training operators, and supporting customer audits.

Responsibilities

• Create/Review/Revise Work Instruction, PFMEA, Process flow, Startup check sheet to support new model and current model.
• Trial new model and summary report.
• Validate new Jig/Equipment and new process of new model before Mass Production.
• Validate floor layout line.
• Line installation and qualification.
• Training operators referring to standard document as need.
• Solve/Analysis issues in production line.
• Support for Customer audit in production line.
• Capacity calculation and report for current and future demand from customer.
• Kaizen, Improvement, Cycle time analysis, Line balancing and Manpower planning.
• Poka-Yoke implementation and maintain.
• Coordinate with R&D team for software upgrade and maintain.
• Support Sales team to confirm current process with new product.
• Trial new process and new sample build.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in PCBA or Box Build process or Wave soldering, Selective wave soldering, conformal coating, Ultrasonic Welding or SMT etc.
• Knowledge and Experience in Plastic assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Box Build are advantage.
• Experience in Automotive for Electronics is required.
• Knowledge of Production System Efficiency basics.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading).
• Good organization, rigorous and autonomous.

• Good Team Player.
