About this position
Responsibilities
Communication (30%):
• Local Brand Deployment: Implement and promote the corporate brand strategy within the local context, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Internal Communication: Develop and manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged, including newsletters, intranet updates, and internal events.
• Employee Branding: Create and execute strategies to enhance employee branding externally, showcasing company culture and values through various platforms.
• Event Management: Organize internal events such as team-building activities, workshops, and presentations that foster collaboration and communication among employees.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to create and update presentations and communication materials that reflect their initiatives and achievements.
Marketing (70%):
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Competitor Monitoring: Prepare and facilitate competitor workshops, maintain competitor databases, and analyze competitor strategies.
• Data Management: Support the management team in maintaining databases and organizing activities for major business analysis, including sales tracking by customer and product family.
• Market Planning: Simulate market positions for products across different geographies and monitor market shares.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for Division and Group levels, supporting the Mid Term Plan process and product planning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Asia Business Group and other teams to align marketing strategies and share market insights.
• Global Marketing Alignment: Track marketing initiatives, benchmark trends, and analyze competition on a weekly basis.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) is a plus.
Experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
Skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, social media).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
