About this position

The IT Infrastructure position at NewBusiness Electronics (FCE) in Pluak Daeng, Rayong involves providing technical support to users, ensuring efficient IT systems, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, 2 years of IT experience in manufacturing, and the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Give the technical and functional first level support to the users, assuming the resolution of all kinds of IT incidents reported by the users.
• Ensuring all IT systems, infrastructures, server, networks and securities are running to an efficient level.
• Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services.
• Promote the use of standards FORVIA solution.
• Apply IT procedures specific to the site.
• Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
• LAN/WAN administration.
• Server Administration (DNS, DHCP, AD).
• Installation, configuration and administration for windows client operating systems.
• Ensure backup activity.
• Ensure IT infrastructure & IT data room reached FORVIA Faurecia standards.
• Ensure Security KPIs reached the minimum target.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Minimum 2 Years’ experience in IT within Manufacturing.
• An industry experience or MES Experience is a plus.
• Able to work as 1 year contract with renewable. This position has a chance to be a permanent in the future.
