About this position

FORVIA Faurecia (Thailand) is offering internship opportunities for students in various engineering fields within an international automotive company, aiming to provide valuable experience.

Responsibilities

Intern - Quality Engineer (QE):
• Supporting Quality Management in terms of customer handling (requirements, complaints and improvements).
• Support team to coordinate with internal organization, customer and supplier as assigned by mentor.
• Support team in quality audit document preparation and countermeasure effectiveness validation to secure process quality and ensure compliance with standard/regulation.

Intern - Industrial Engineer (IE):
• Support production line layout improvement and machine relocation activities.
• Support team to studies and set up standard cycle time and labor hours for manufacturing.
• Control sub-contractor/ supplier in machine relocation process to achieve the target schedule and follow health and safety regular.
• Support idea for improve working environment for safety and health.
• Support in manufacturing capacities management.

Intern - Maintenance Engineer:
• Support team for improvement and maintenance both facilities and utilities to support manufacturing operation.
• Work closely with team to analyze the problem, the cause of the problem in the process.
• Improves and maintains all tools and machines for a minimize downtime.
• Keeps track of all tools & machines data and spare parts for system record.
• Support to provides work guidance to technician / operators.
• Other assigned jobs from the supervisor.

Intern - Manufacturing Engineer (ME):
• Support team for improvement and maintenance both facilities and utilities to support manufacturing operation.
• Work closely with team to analyze the problem, the cause of the problem in the process.
• Improves and maintains all tools and machines for a minimize downtime.
• Keeps track of all tools & machines data and spare parts for system record.
• Support to provides work guidance to technician / operators.
• Other assigned jobs from the supervisor.

Intern - Process / Production Engineer:
• Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques.
• Handles process improvement for ultimate yield and quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus.
