HR Business Partner (Support Function)

The role of HR Business Partner – Support Functions will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team and business leaders with data-driven insights to optimize talent management, employee engagement, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies, procedures, and organizational performance. Responsibilities
• Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues, Manpower Planning/ Budget Planning or industrial relations.
• Employee life cycle (Onboarding - Exit interview)
• Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
• Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
• Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.
• Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll.
• Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
• Act as EE reference in the plant.
• Provide plant with EE standards.
• Support management in the building and deployment of plant EE strategy.
• Support management in the implementation of EE tools.
• Conduct workshops.
• Coach supervisors, managers, GAP leaders.
• Review progress with Management & make proposals to remove roadblocks.
• Review progress with Division EE & communicate on Best Practices and difficulties.
• Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis.
• Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
• Act as the main interlocutor of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.
• Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.
• Liaise with Faurecia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs.
• Handle legal requirements regarding training.
• (May) act as trainer for some internal training sessions.
Requirements
• Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in political science, Law, Human resource, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR Generalist / HRBP / Training / ER within an industrial environment
• A good knowledge of employment law
• Familiarity with HR information
• International mind set and self-confidence to communicate to both Thai and international employees.
