About this position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Engineer to enhance customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to production processes.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Quality Engineer at Forvia, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to our production processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process
• Organizing and participating in all technical meetings with the customer
• Solving technical problems, managing changes, and ensuring progress
• Auditing all related storage sites and the customer assembly line to ensure the compliant use of our products
• Defining and enforcing the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer’s specifications
• Managing and guaranteeing resolution of customer concerns and working closely with Production Quality
• Validating and accepting the packaging range

Requirements

Minimum education level
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in combining development and production
• Customer management experience
• Experience and success managing a functional network
Skills And Competencies
• Business and finance basics
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Results and teamwork orientation
• English and Chinese Required.
• Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
• Strong Customer satisfaction orientation
• Above average communication skills and interpersonal skills
