About this position

The FORVIA Faurecia Management Trainee Program is a rotational program through various positions to secure a long-term position in a multinational environment! In this program, you will rotate through different job positions such as AP Assistant, AR Assistant, Assistant Plant Finance Controller, and Treasury Assistant. This program is perfectly suited for existing students or young graduates in accounting or finance! Are you ready to fast-track your career with a world-leading automotive manufacturer? Responsibilities

Recent Graduate Management Program 2024 – 2025
Accounting Specialist Rotating between:

AP Assistant (Rayong)
• Booking invoice reception in SAP (Direct purchase/Indirect purchase/Freight invoice)
• Working with VIM

AR Assistant (Rayong)
• Billing to customer
• Preparing and following AR overdue
• AR Intercompany report

Assistant Plant Finance Controller (Rayong)
• AP Assistant & AR Assistant
• Treasury Assistant
• GL Assistant
• Assistant Plant Controller

GL Assistant (Rayong)
• Accrue payroll, Adjust monthly transaction (pension, prepaid, audit fee, etc.)
• Monitor and transfer WIP to Fixed Asset, Inventory progression.
• Clear GL open items
• Close VAT monthly
• Reconcile BS Sheet
• Consolidate package report.
• Deal with controlling department

Treasury Assistant (Rayong)
• Validate vendor master information.
• Preparing payment document
• Preparing withholding tax report
• Reconciling AP

Requirements

• Graduated in the related field in 2023 - 2025.
• Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing.
• Able to work well under pressure and target driven type.
• Team player, proactive, positive attitude, good personality, and hands-on style.
• Mature, good interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Accountable and results oriented.
• Multi-cultural business experience.
• Expertise in computer skills (MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
