About this position

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of ingredients and the proper functioning of vending machines, while also addressing customer feedback and providing staff training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of ingredients used for beverages, such as coffee powder, tea, milk, and sugar. Verify that these ingredients are of good quality, not expired, and free from any quality issues.
• Regularly check the vending machine's systems, ensuring they operate correctly. This includes the brewing process, payment systems, and the delivery of beverages to customers.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise with the vending machines, such as substandard beverages, machine malfunctions, or brewing process issues.
• Plan and execute regular maintenance and cleaning schedules for machines to ensure they operate efficiently and maintain hygiene standards.
• Collect data on sales and machine usage, such as the number of sales and popular beverage types, to analyze trends and improve service offerings.
• Provide training to staff involved in the operation and maintenance of the Tao Bin machines. Ensure that proper procedures are followed to maintain service quality.
• Monitor and address customer feedback or complaints about the beverages or service, aiming to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Food Science, or Quality Management.
• Experience in quality management, machine maintenance, and customer service, preferably in the beverage or vending machine industry.
• Understanding of quality standards and control methods, such as GMP, HACCP, or relevant industry standards.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues with machines and processes efficiently.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners, including managing customer complaints.
• Ability to plan and manage various tasks, including maintenance, restocking, and data collection.
• Capability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Knowledge of vending machine technology and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to monitor and control details to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Skill in managing time and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
