About this position

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Barista for Beverage Product development at Forth Vending (TAO BIN) in Bangkok. The role involves creating and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction at Tao-Bin vending machines and cafes.

Responsibilities

• Design unique beverage menus to satisfy and attract customers, differentiating the brand through Tao-Bin vending machines and cafes.
• Modify drink recipes and work methods according to customer preferences and market trends.
• Operate various types of coffee and beverage machines efficiently.
• Provide excellent service, responding effectively to diverse customer needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment, tools, and the workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Food Science and Technology, Culinary Technology or any related filed.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Barista.
• Strong interpersonal, good communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in barista and bakery preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of various coffee brewing techniques.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
