Responsibilities
Automate Administrative Tasks:
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using Microsoft Office tools.
• Assist in creating templates and automated workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize Power Automate to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation in administrative tasks and create workflows to enhance productivity.
• Assist in creating templates and automated solutions using other Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Design Communication Graphics:
• Create visually appealing graphics for internal and external communication.
• Develop engaging video content to support HR initiatives, such as onboarding and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all graphic materials align with the company’s brand and messaging.
Support HR Projects:
• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Conduct research to support HR strategies and programs.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Currently studying in 3rd or 4th year in any field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent.
• Able to join the program for at least 4 months.
• Strong interest in and experience with Power Automate / PowerBI / SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Camtasia, CapCut).
• Creative skills with the ability to design engaging graphics and videos.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
