About this position

The Specialist, Telesales position involves signing partnership agreements with restaurants in Thailand, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-growing global company.

Responsibilities

• Sign partnership agreement between foodpanda and restaurant in Thailand.
• Understand and meet the needs of our potential partners and immediately build a trustful relationship.
• Have a keen interest in food and beverage industry with desire to sign up the best local and international restaurants.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct call to vendor and close the deal via telephone.
• Exceed sales targets & performance based goals while working independently and as part of a team.
• Become part of international network and high skilled team.
• Take part in the development of a very exciting, fast growing global company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in inside sales (Telesales) or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools, with Salesforce experience being advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
