The Specialist, Business Performance Management will work closely with local market teams to collate information and build presentations for reporting purposes, while developing relationships with key stakeholders to define and track shared objectives.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with local market teams to collate information and build presentations for monthly/ quarterly reporting purposes to senior management.
• Build relationships with key regional stakeholders across finance, marketing & logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIs.
• Coordinate on a monthly basis with the CIO’s office on KPI and OKR reporting.
• Define timelines and track progress of key initiatives across markets.
• Coordinate and communicate these milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Develop and implement tools while working closely with the Business Analytics team to streamline reporting across portfolio markets.
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Relationship builder with good Interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of managing projects.
