About this position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead, Digital Sales to join our dynamic team in Thailand. In this role, you will lead and optimize the operations of our Sales Acquisition team, ensuring streamlined processes, data-driven decision-making, and the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations projects related to vendor acquisition, implementing new tools, processes, and initiatives while ensuring successful cross-functional collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
• Oversee and optimize the Vendor Acquisition Website (Self Sign Up - SSU), improving system efficiency, maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline, and addressing bottlenecks to enhance vendor acquisition, quality, and conversion rates.
• Deliver data visualizations, accurately analyze sales forecasts, and develop dashboards to track trends and inform decision-making.
• Provide market insights and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks, staying informed about industry trends and best practices in sales operations.
• Champion Salesforce utilization, ensuring effective use by team members to manage leads and opportunities, while providing training to enhance proficiency.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team on product launches related to Sales Acquisition, managing market requirements, change requests, UAT, testing, and issue resolution.
• Work with regional sales operations teams to refine processes, create training materials, and remove roadblocks to improve sales tools (including Salesforce and SSU) and streamline overall sales operations efficiency.
• Implement and enforce sales operations policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the e-commerce or food delivery industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing sales operations.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel is a plus.
• Excellent data analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
