Graphic Designer, Vendor Comms & CRM
About this position
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Vendor CRM and Communication Campaigns team to create visually compelling campaigns that align with communication objectives and enhance partner engagement.
• Conceptualize and deliver creative solutions for personalized messaging and automated campaign visuals, including the design of HTML-based email templates.
• Maintain consistent branding across all vendor community communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and professional visual identity.
• Uphold quality and consistency by aligning all designs with brand guidelines and the specific needs of the vendor community.
• Create engaging video content, GIFs, and animated visuals to enhance communication materials and improve engagement within the vendor community.
• Oversee and regularly update a centralized digital asset library, ensuring streamlined access and improved workflow efficiency for all stakeholders.
• Work with different stakeholders across multiple verticals, ideating, conceptualizing and executing design projects from start to finish.
Requirements
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital media.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other content creation tools.
• Creative Thinking: Strong attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
