About this position

Fonterra Brands Thailand Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be crucial in leading and enhancing supply chain processes across Consumer, C&F, FS, and Export Business in our markets.

Responsibilities

• Run & Improve Supply Chain Processes: Oversee supply chain operations and cross-border logistics, ensuring product availability and service delivery within capital targets.
• Cross-Border Logistics Management: Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including master data management, documentation accuracy, and clearing processes.
• KPI Performance: Drive improvements in service levels (DIFOT/CFR), cost reductions (write-offs, logistics costs), and cash management (DIO, inventory aging).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics management and planning roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SAP and MS Excel.
• Customs Expertise: Experience in handling customs brokerage and customs processes.
• Industry Experience: Background in the FMCG sector, with a particular focus on dairy.
