About this position
Responsibilities
• Perform overall recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, completing background checks, onboarding
• Screen and review candidates' resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
• Administer appropriate company assessments
• Updating and finding new recruitment sources and labor market
• Effectively utilize available sourcing tools
• Innovate ways of attracting more candidates
• Accurately update trackers and monitor candidate movement
• Complete timely reports on employment activity
• Assist with basic sales and product training for new hires
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3-year experience in recruitment and specialist/senior recruitment
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Recruitment experience is an advantage
• With good understanding of social media networks
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
