About this position

FN Outlet is entering a crucial phase of growth. We need an HR Manager who can enhance HR systems, lead transformation, and drive team performance. This role is perfect for a strategic HR leader who thrives in building effective frameworks and cultivating a culture of innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build HR Systems: Develop a streamlined HR framework that aligns with business goals and empowers teams.
• Lead Change Initiatives: Implement best practices to boost agility, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Strengthen Talent Strategy: Design and execute strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

• 7+ years of senior HR experience with a strong focus on HR transformation and system implementation.
