About this position

As the Service Line Manager (Crushing and Milling), you will be responsible for driving the strategic alignment between the region and the industry for the crushing and milling services business line. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement profitable growth strategies that expand our market share and enhance revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product expert, leveraging deep knowledge in key areas such as crushing and milling to advise both internal teams and clients.
• Drive both business development and technical success, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the crushing and milling market.
• Oversee the technical support function, ensuring that all crushing and milling processes are optimized for peak performance.
• Lead process engineering initiatives, assisting with system design, process optimization, troubleshooting, and providing recommendations that address customer challenges.
• Play an integral role in business development (BDM) by identifying and cultivating new market opportunities, building long-term relationships with customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in mineral processing, metallurgy, or process engineering, with a focus on crushing and milling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in business development (BDM), including identifying new opportunities, securing new business, and expanding market share.
• Strong technical background in the crushing and milling industry, with hands-on experience optimizing its processes and delivering solutions that improve plant performance, recovery rates, and efficiency.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of technical experts, and working in cross-functional environments with sales, engineering, and operations teams.
• In-depth understanding of mineral processing technologies, with specialized knowledge in crushing and milling methods.
