About this position

Shipping Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of shipping customs clearance activities at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Responsibilities

• The Shipping Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of shipping customs clearance activities at Suvarnabhumi Airport, including the preparation, scheduling, and documentation of shipments.
• The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitors shipping processes.
• Liaises with internal teams and external service providers to deliver goods accurately and cost-effectively.
• DO exchange, Import-Export Customs clearance and the other activities as required from the FLS OPS Customs department.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, regulations, and customs procedures.
• Strong customs clearance at the Airport.
• Proficiency in logistics and freight forwarding processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
