About this position

Shipping Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of shipping customs clearance activities at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Responsibilities

The Shipping Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely coordination of shipping customs clearance activities at Suvarnabhumi Airport, including the preparation, scheduling, and documentation of shipments.
• The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitors shipping processes.
• Liaises with internal teams and external service providers to deliver goods accurately and cost-effectively.
• DO exchange.
• Import-Export Customs clearance.
• Other activities as required from the FLS OPS Customs department.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, regulations, and customs procedures.
• Strong customs clearance at the Airport.
• Proficiency in logistics and freight forwarding processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
