HR Officer
About this position
The HR Officer will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief People Officer and manage various HR-related tasks to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief People Officer, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and corporate affairs.
• Handles administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing leave requests, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare and communicate effectively company-wide circular, memorandum, employee news, office announcement, event poster, etc.
• Assist in staff welfare administration and ensures compliance with company policies and HR policies.
• Handles day-to-day employee issues, responds to queries, and supports conflict resolution.
• Assists in payroll processing and administering employee benefits.
Requirements
• Bachelor or higher in HRM, HRD, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in HR field.
• Good planning and organizing, coordination, problem identification/solution and communication skill.
• Fair command of English and computer literacy.
