Customer Service Officer – Rayong
About this position
The on site Customer Service Officer is the first person to communicate with customers when they have a problem. The Customer Service Officer must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues customers experience.
Responsibilities
•Station at customer site and process orders, prepare shipping documents as well as handle customer queries if any
•Assist customer in arranging shipments and follow up receipt/delivery status
•Plan and track shipments
•Updates and monitor picking accuracy and warehouse activities using the WMS system.
•Liaise and coordinate with warehouse and transport team to ensure smooth delivery.
•Investigate and resolve orders/deliveries that are late. If needed, escalate to supervisor/manager for further resolution.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting related to customer transactions, contracts, and agreements in WMS system.
•Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree logistics, supply chain management, or business administration or a related field
•At least 1 – 3 experiences in warehousing or a related field is typically preferred.
•Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics, is essential.
•Proficiency in using computer software and warehouse management systems (WMS) is crucial.
•Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail.
•Effective communication is essential for interacting with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers.
