We place an utmost importance on data security. We choose cloud database service from Amazon Web Services that meets the international security standards. Our software can be used through both websites and mobile applications; thus enabling you to work anywhere with your employees on the same database.
FlowAccount has over 120,000 active users and is regarded as the leading online accounting solution for small businesses in Thailand. Furthermore, we have gained confidence from leading international investors which include Sequoia Capital India, a world class Venture Capital investor from U.S., Money Forward, a Tokyo SaaS/fintech startup accounting software, SBI Investment, Japan's leading fund, Golden Gate Ventures Singapore and domestic venture capital Beacon VC (Kasikorn Bank’s Venture Capital), and 500TukTuks.
We also extend payroll to cover the management of employees to be more efficient and save time. Therefore we have developed an innovative payroll program, which has the function to make monthly and daily payroll. There are dashboards to show expenses related to salary and can connect with FlowAccount for a fuller accounting scope. This software is also highly secure by Kasikorn Bank's K-Cash Connect Plus system which currently has more than 10,000 users.

About this position
FlowAccount is a leading provider of cloud-based accounting solutions dedicated to helping clients achieve financial clarity and operational efficiency. As a Growth Specialist, you will drive customer acquisition and business growth through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Optimize marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with the product team to design and implement experiments (A/B testing, etc.) that improve the user experience and maximize conversion rates.
• Manage the full customer acquisition funnel, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Work with the sales team to optimize lead qualification processes and ensure effective handoff from marketing to sales.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, particularly in the SaaS and fintech industries.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, email, and social media.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer journey mapping.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Self-starter with a passion for growth and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software or the fintech industry is a plus.
