Responsibilities
• Research, write, and edit high-quality content on topics related to accounting, finance, bookkeeping, and tax.
• Create various types of content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, email newsletters, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with FlowAccount’s brand voice and educates our audience.
• Simplify complex accounting concepts to make them accessible to business owners and non-accountants.
• Write content that drives traffic, engages users, and increases conversions using SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in accounting, finance, and SaaS, and produce content accordingly.
• Assist with the development of educational materials, including tutorials and guides for FlowAccount users.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content is aligned with business objectives and product offerings.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Content Writer, Technical Writer, or in a related field, with a focus on accounting or finance topics.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and terminology.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
