About this position

The Regional Account Management Department Head for the Central region will be responsible for creating regional sales plans, supporting Key Account Specialists, evaluating performances, forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, and participating in expansion decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create regional sales plans and budget in alignment with business objectives in MT Dept
• Support KAS (Key Account Specialist) with day-to-day sales operation and execute best fundamental store execution
• Evaluate KAS and individual performances Report on regional sales results
• Forecast quarterly and monthly sales, train new KAS and make sure smooth transition/assigment
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

Requirements

• Experienced as Regional Account Manager or Area Sales Manager more than 3 years
• Ability to measure and analyze KPI
• Understand Modern Trade Store Operation
• Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Team Player
• Availability to frequent Travel
