The Quality Control Section Head is responsible for ensuring that the standards for process specifications and finished goods specifications are up to date and correctly applied in production. They oversee the quality control process, coordinate with production teams, and generate quality reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that the standards for process specifications and finished goods specifications are up to date and correctly applied in production.
• Check the performance of QC field and incoming.
• Conduct weekly meetings with QC team.
• Implement the SJH system.
• Ensure that the QC system is running and updated.
• Supervise the production process from a quality perspective.
• Generate daily and weekly quality achievement reports.
• Request resources and supplies as needed for QC on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with production, PPIC, technical, and warehouse teams to ensure no quality deviations.
• Schedule QC activities on a weekly basis.
• Implement and supervise the 5R system in the QC area.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to oversee the production process from a quality perspective.
• Create product traceability data.
• Review production composition.
• Generate quality achievement reports.
• Be responsible for achieving KPIs in the QC department.
• Create SKP data and report to the QMS department.
Requirements
• Minimum D3 education, all majors.
• Experience in the field of Quality Control.
• Proficient in operating Ms. Excel (PIVOT, Vlookup, etc).
• Understanding of equipment calibration (scales, temperature).
• Familiar with Military Standard E105 (AQL).
• Familiar with BDKT implementation.
