Human Resources Operations Department Head
About this position
We're now looking for HR Operations Department Head for one of our Business Unit in FKS Group.
Responsibilities
As an HR Operations Department Head, you will responsible for :
• Oversees the day-to-day activities of the HR Operations Department.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor internal HR systems and database.
• Handle employment contracts, terminations, and employee relations effectively.
• Ensure HR policies implemented accordingly.
• Settlement of employee cases (representing the company for Bipartite or Tripartite).
• Ensure that HR administration services are carried out in a timely and thorough manner.
• Draft and extend Company Regulation (PP) & Employment Reporting (eg: WLTK, WLLP, etc.).
• Support HR team in delivering excellent services to employees.
• Monitor HR trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend enhancements.

Requirements
Qualification:
• Preferably bachelor of Law or HR Management or Psychology.
• Experience as HR Operations Manager for at least 4 years.
• Willing to travel.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
