ERP Solutions Specialist (Functional - SAP B1) bertanggung jawab untuk menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis dan mengimplementasikan solusi ERP, khususnya SAP Business One, melalui berbagai proses analisis dan dokumentasi.
Responsibilities
• Merangkum kebutuhan bisnis atas kebutuhan ERP system (SAP B1, SAP S4, others ERP Solution) melalui business process analysis & consultation, melakukan gap analisis, dan mendefinisikan peluang untuk
• Membuat dokumentasi Business Blueprint/User Requirement Specification dan Functional Design Document sebagai acuan project yang akan dilaksanakan.
• Melakukan System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT), dan User Training, serta membuat dokumen pendukungnya, seperti system testing scenario, acceptance document, dan modul training.
• Memastikan proses Go Live berjalan dengan baik dan melakukan review post implementasi secara berkala.
• Melakukan penyesuaian/perubahan sistem sampai dengan level konfigurasi sesuai permintaan dari business user dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
• Berkoordinasi dengan IT Application Support Officer dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang terkait dengan ERP system.
Requirements
• Fungsional SAP Business One
• Mampu untuk membuat query, stored procedure dan transaction notification
• Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD)
• Relational Database Management System (RDBMS)
• Memahami Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) memiliki nilai lebih
• Memiliki pengetahuan di bidang project management Scrum dan agile akan sangat membantu
