The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for procuring equipment, materials, and products necessary for factory operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Procurement: Conduct market research, supplier development, and procurement negotiations for injection molding machines, molds, and other production equipment, ensuring that equipment performance meets standards and prices are reasonable.
• Decoration Material Procurement: Purchase various decoration materials based on factory decoration requirements, including but not limited to paints, flooring, doors, and windows, ensuring progress and quality of decoration.
• Software and Hardware Product Procurement: Responsible for the procurement of various software and hardware products required by the factory, such as production management software, office equipment, and security systems.
• Cost Control and Budget Management: Reasonably control procurement costs, prepare and implement procurement budgets, ensuring that procurement activities are conducted within budget.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain supplier profiles, regularly assess supplier performance, ensuring that suppliers provide products and services that meet factory needs.
• Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with production, technical, and financial departments to ensure the smooth progress of procurement work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Mechanical Engineering, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in factory equipment or material procurement, with familiarity in the injection molding industry preferred.
• Professional Skills: Familiar with procurement processes, market analysis methods, and supplier evaluation criteria, possessing good data analysis skills.
• Teamwork Spirit: Strong team spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different departments.
• Language Ability: Fluent in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
