HR Supervisor
About this position
The HR Supervisor is responsible for localizing HRMS and compensation policies, conducting job evaluations, ensuring compliance with laws, monitoring payroll accuracy, and managing the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
• Localize group HRMS and make sure of on-time & accurate daily maintenance.
• Localize group compensation & benefits policies and projects.
• Conduct the job evaluation and analyze compensation & benefit survey data for Fischer Tech Thailand.
• Ensure company compliance with national and local laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
• Monitor monthly payroll & HR Reporting accuracy.
• Implement the whole recruitment process (pre-communication, advising, interviewing, selecting, reference check, offer, and engagement), leverage the most effective channels on recruitment.
• Support any other related.
Requirements
• Excellent data administration skills.
• Good command of both oral and written English and should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills in English.
• At least 5 years HR functional.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
