The Customer Support Representative is responsible for meeting company revenue targets, managing customer demand, and ensuring effective communication and reporting within the organization.
• Meet company Revenue AOP target.
• Plan on Customer Demand Loading & liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan.
• Able to work effectively cross functionally, both internally and externally.
• Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with internal customers and customers by providing timely and accurate information.
• High level of analytical ability especially on demand waterfall based on customer demand trend.
• Continual development of organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Support factory to review materials and capacity constraints.
• Generate regular Reports as specified to Department Manager on Material Status, Inventory Level, Quality and Delivery Status, Safety Related Issues, Saving Derived and etc.
• Ensure OTD & customer satisfaction and achieve and Personal and Departmental Goals.
• Reduce factory excess and aging inventory.
• Assist finance on-time payment from customers.
• Any other ad-hoc task which require time to time.
• Knowledge of Materials Management
• Ability to work independently and self-directed
• Able to read and write English/Malay and Chinese
