Strategy Associate
About this position
We are seeking a motivated Strategy Associate (1-2 years) to work closely with our Strategy Director in balancing high organizational performance (HPO) with employee wellbeing. This role will primarily support the Strategy Director and seek occasional advice from the People Director. The ideal candidate is people-centric yet able to identify and address gaps in organizational development.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with operations teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable operational improvements, focusing on employee engagement and wellbeing
• Work closely with the Strategy Director to develop and implement strategies that balance business performance with employee wellbeing initiatives
• Support the analysis of organizational structures and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improved employee satisfaction and score (NPS)
• Research and present insights on industry trends in organizational effectiveness, workplace productivity, hybrid culture, employee wellbeing, and operational excellence
• Design and develop comprehensive performance dashboards that integrate key business metrics, employee scoring, workplace analytics, and strategic goals of the company, etc.
• Present technology workplace integration and the use of digital platforms and tools (AI) to support hybrid work environments to ensure optimal productivity
Requirements
• Demonstrates a high level of energy and enthusiasm in all aspects of work.

• Keen interest in organizational strategy, employee wellbeing, and operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify organizational gaps
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in business, consulting, tech, or related fields
• Proficiency in English is a must
• In general, this person will join me in most meetings when I grind and drive teams.
• Internal networking is a must.
• Important to note that tasks related to investor relations (shareholder engagement), overall corporate strategy, partnerships, and external community networking (fintech community, startups) will still be my sole responsibility.
