About this position

A Senior Account Executive is responsible for fully understanding a client's needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs. A Senior Account Executive oversees a team to ensure the company's products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client's standards.

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs, getting the brief, clearing the scope.
• Working with our planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget and assist in the execution of the marketing and communication strategy.
• Briefing campaign ideas to colleagues including Strategic Planner Team, Editor Team, and Production Team, Digital Media Team, and all external parties.
• Work with Media Team to observe and optimize campaign performance and ensure media buys are properly executed through media plan.
• Presenting campaign idea, costings, with timeline planning and management to clients.
• Generating proposals and present to clients as well as handling on contract between company and client.
• Present products to prospective clients.
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
• Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Additional education or experience may be preferred.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Digital field.
• Knowledgeable about KOLs marketing, display advertising, video advertising, social network site management, and search engine marketing.
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Thai.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Strong time management skills.
• Computer skills, especially MS Office.
