About this position

The Remedial & Collection Coordinator position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, experience in the finance sector, good communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel. The coordinator must also have their own vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute collection assignments to subordinates
• Monitor and control the collection activities of subordinates
• Ensure smooth consumer installment payments
• Provide coaching and counseling to subordinates

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Experience in finance (banking, cooperatives, finance) preferred
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Excel
