The Microfinancing Account Officer is responsible for actively marketing financial products, maintaining customer relationships, conducting credit analysis, completing documentation, and ensuring timely payments. The position requires a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in any field, with the ability to analyze data, design marketing strategies, and achieve targets. The role is based in Kota Semarang and offers bonuses, incentives, and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Actively market financial products through door-to-door, canvasing, and telemarketing
• Maintain good relationships with customers and follow up on their business development
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and qualitative credit analysis on potential customers
• Complete and verify the authenticity of customer identity documents
• Send payment reminders before the due date
• Conduct collections on customers with overdue payments <60 days according to the specified treatment matrix
Requirements
• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field
• Fresh graduate or experienced in marketing
• Ability to analyze data and design effective marketing strategies
• Capable of achieving specific targets
