Responsibilities
• The Sr. Director leverages market analysis and organizational strengths to identify priority areas for growth
• They develop and execute strategies to secure projects across diverse funders
• Continuous assessment of quality and fostering thought leadership within Centers
• Serving as a spokesperson for FHI 360 across technical areas, shaping market strategies and driving business growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence and effectiveness in achieving Strategic Growth objectives
• Overseeing the alignment of resource mobilization plans with operational strategies
• Cultivating collaborative partnerships with funders, government entities, and stakeholders
• Serving as a representative to external stakeholders to foster relationships critical to organizational success
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices dissemination internally
• Managing a team of technical experts and their direct reports to ensure effective team management and adherence to locally led development principles
• Supporting capacity strengthening and coordination across Strategic Growth teams
Requirements
• Extensive experience in international development and strategic planning
• Strong project management, business development, and personnel management skills
• Proven track record of integrating cross-cutting issues into technical areas of work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
