Senior Technical Officer, Care Treatment and Quality Assurance, EpiC Project
About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for program implementation of EpiC Thailand CST activities
• Work closely with PEPFAR agencies, The Global Fund and national agency for ensure all task that integrate by nation policy
• Construct community led monitoring (CLM) in health care facility for ensure the facility provide a good service quality in community perspective
• Supports the development of Counseling, Care, Support and Treatment quality systems for QA oversight and processes
• Oversee internal and external audits of Counseling, Care, Support and Treatment activities under EpiC project such as SIMS visit and mystery client activity
• Ensures that a Counseling, Care, Support and Treatment quality management system is updated and maintained and is responsible for ensuring improvements to the system and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Monitor and maintain protocols, instruments, data sets, manuals and training materials of Care, Support and Treatment information regarding regulations, guidance and emerging global evidence and best practices
• Document CST and QA - related issues, prepare responsive plans and report on planned activities and implementation/results of said activities to CST team lead and the EpiC Thailand Technical Associate Director
• Working with the CST team leader and technical officer to delivery Care, Support and Treatment and QA tasks, systems, policies, and regulations to CBO and health care facilities partner. Serves as the Care, Support and Treatment liaison with internal and external partners to ensure effective collaboration efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• MS/MA in public health or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience with international development programs and field experience
• Typically requires more than 5 years of quality assurance or related experience
