Each member of the Talent Acquisition team works collaboratively to identify, attract, and onboard the best candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles across all departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Source and engage candidates through platforms like JobsDB, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Plan and execute impactful recruitment events, including job fairs, career days, and campus hiring programs.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate multi-stage selection processes to ensure an excellent candidate fit.
• Lead mass recruitment initiatives for high-volume hiring.
• Specialize in IT recruitment to source and hire technical talent.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Support employer branding campaigns to enhance our visibility and appeal in the talent market.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including mass and IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via JobsDB, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing recruitment data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of industry trends, recruitment marketing strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel for recruitment events or other business needs.
