Talent Acquisition Specialists play a vital role in our mission to revolutionize the real estate landscape. They ensure that our teams are staffed with top-tier talent who are aligned with our goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve future hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai is a plus.
• Previous experience in recruitment for tech or multinational companies.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as BambooHR, Workday, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Thailand.
• Experience working with remote teams or recruiting across multiple countries.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment goals.
