Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes:
• Performance Marketing: Deliver measurable results through paid search, social ads, display, and programmatic campaigns.
• Organic and Content Marketing: Lead initiatives for SEO optimization, blogs, video production, and written content to drive sustainable traffic growth.
• Social Media and Influencer Marketing: Oversee impactful social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including partnerships with influencers to amplify brand presence.
• Outdoor & Guerrilla Marketing: Design bold, innovative campaigns to engage audiences through physical spaces and events.
• Oversee the execution of multimillion-dollar nationwide and regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to create synergistic campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Manage budgets effectively, optimize spend, and ensure high ROI through innovative and cost-efficient strategies.
• Leverage tools and emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, to scale content production, streamline workflows, and enhance campaign tracking and reporting.
• Explore innovative solutions to increase marketing output across multiple channels.
• Lead the production of diverse content formats, including video storytelling, blogs, infographics, and experiential content.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all mediums.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, audience-focused content.
Requirements
• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns.
• Experience in scaling startups and leading large, diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, organic content, influencer marketing, and innovative online platforms.
• Ability to leverage emerging technologies, such as AI, for marketing efficiency.
