About this position

FazWaz and DotProperty Group are Southeast Asia’s leading PropTech companies, transforming the real estate landscape with innovative technology and strategic solutions. The Head of Developer Partnerships and Project Sales will drive strategic relationships with developers to secure exclusive projects and manage a dedicated team across key markets.

Responsibilities

• Secure exclusive agreements with developers for pre-launch projects and other premium offerings across six key locations.
• Negotiate compelling incentives, such as:
• Early-buyer discounts or bulk purchase opportunities.
• Flexible payment terms and free upgrades (e.g., furniture packages).
• Guaranteed rental returns (GRR) or other investor-focused deals.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with developers, ensuring FazWaz and DotProperty are their preferred partners.
• Collaborate with developers to create and implement tailored marketing and sales strategies for each project.
• Lead and manage a team of Developer Relations Managers across key markets, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with company goals.
• Oversee a dedicated Channel Management Team responsible for distributing and selling projects to international buyers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to distribute exclusive projects to local and international buyers, leveraging FazWaz’s and DotProperty’s extensive networks.
• Identify new opportunities for developer partnerships and expand the distribution footprint across Southeast Asia and global markets.
• Monitor sales performance, optimize channel strategies, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
• Stay ahead of real estate trends, buyer behavior, and market dynamics in key regions.
• Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, refine strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to developers and internal teams.
• Represent FazWaz and DotProperty at industry events and forums, showcasing the platform’s value proposition to developers and stakeholders.
