About this position
Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and tasks are scheduled efficiently.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address them.
• Follow up with the CEO and relevant stakeholders to ensure critical tasks are completed on time.
• Stay on top of all tasks, projects, and deliverables across teams, ensuring alignment with the CEO's strategic goals.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and team leads, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Coordinate with team members to track progress on major initiatives and escalate issues or delays as needed.
• Collect, compile, and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the CEO’s review.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards highlighting team and company performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on KPI trends and data analysis.
• Ability to create a board report to share monthly with key stakeholders.
• Organize and manage agendas for key meetings, ensuring all participants are well-prepared.
• Attend and take notes during meetings, capturing key action points, decisions, and next steps.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that meeting deliverables are executed on time.
• Track major rollouts, initiatives, and company-wide projects to ensure they are progressing on schedule.
• Serve as a point of contact for project updates, identifying bottlenecks or risks early.
• Support the CEO in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for the CEO as needed.
• Assist with document preparation, presentation creation, and data organization.
• Handle correspondence and prioritize emails or communication on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role supporting a C-level executive.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Thai is a plus).
• Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report KPIs effectively.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities.
