Responsibilities
• Design and launch tech-driven brokerage courses aligned with industry needs.
• Establish certification programs to ensure agent competence and compliance.
• Continuously evaluate and refine curricula to maintain relevance and impact.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to manage daily operations of the school.
• Implement scalable systems and processes to support enrollment and student success.
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure the school achieves financial and strategic goals.
• Build partnerships with regulators, universities, and industry leaders to promote the school.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive enrollment through innovative campaigns.
• Provide regular updates on school performance, including enrollment, completion rates, and revenue.
• Use data-driven insights to improve the school’s operations and offerings.
Requirements
• Proven experience in education management, real estate, or corporate training.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling educational programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Experience in tech-enabled learning platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with Thai real estate regulations and market dynamics.
• Strong networking capabilities within the real estate and education sectors.
