About this position

FazWaz is a leading Proptech company in the real estate industry, focusing on AI-driven solutions to enhance client and agent experiences. The Product Manager – AI & Innovation will play a crucial role in defining product strategy, managing development, and driving innovation in AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, LLMs (Large Language Models), AI agents, bots, and features to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Create a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and maximizes the impact of AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and designers, to build and enhance AI-powered products.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Ensure AI products are scalable, efficient, and aligned with market demands and customer needs.
• Lead exploratory projects to test and validate the potential of emerging AI technologies.
• Prototype and pilot new features or tools that push the boundaries of what AI can achieve in our domain.
• Develop frameworks to measure the success and ROI of AI-driven initiatives.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into AI product opportunities.
• Communicate AI strategies, insights, and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as the bridge between the technology team and business units, ensuring alignment in goals and expectations.
• Stay deeply immersed in the AI ecosystem, monitoring advancements in AI tools, technologies, and applications.
• Build relationships with industry experts, thought leaders, and AI communities to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
• Analyze competitor AI initiatives and identify gaps or opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI, technology, or a related field.
• Passion for AI and a deep understanding of LLMs, AI tools, features, and their potential applications.
• Ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and execute complex product initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience with machine learning, AI deployment pipelines, or related technologies.
