About this position
Responsibilities
• Marketing Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns. Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and assets, ensuring timely and accurate execution to achieve campaign objectives.
• Offline Events Management: Take a leads role in planning, coordinating and executing marketing activities for offline events, such as tradeshows, customer events and conferences.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing materials and ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates key messages.
• Communication Channel Management: Manage communication channels, including company website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other relevant channels. Regularly update content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries to maintain a consistent and active online presence.
• Demand gen implementation: Assist in developing and implementing demand gen initiatives, including funnel build-up/tracking, MQL/SQL conversion and leads nurturing plan. Maintain relationships with media contacts to generate positive coverage and increase brand visibility.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, campaigns, and content engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to ensure alignment of messaging and coordinated execution of marketing communication strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or with min.2-3 years’ proven experience in marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, including tradeshows, website, email marketing tools, and social media management tools etc.
• Good English skills in verbal and written.
• Knowledge of mandarin communication and basic price control knowhow will be a plus.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on marketing communication performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel.
