About this position

The Sales Manager is responsible for setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, overseeing the sales team, making decisions in the sales process, and handling other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals and drive sales to achieve the set targets
• Analyze and estimate sales figures on a monthly or quarterly basis as specified by the company
• Monitor the work of the sales team in various branches of the company
• Solve problems and make decisions in the sales process
• Oversee the overall work of the sales department
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Male
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to train sales staff
• Leadership qualities and good personality to work under pressure
• Decisive and problem-solving abilities
• Energetic and active in work
• Willing to travel to different provinces
