About this position
Responsibilities
• รับงาน - เปิด Job ในระบบ ด้าน Freight EXPORT (Air and Sea)
• ประสานงาน Sales, ลูกค้า สายเรือ สายบิน Shipping เตรียมเอกสารขาออก
• ทำ Booking กับสายเรือ และสายการบินที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ส่ง Booking Confirmation ให้กับลูกค้า และ Overseas Agent
• จองรถ กรณี Term Ex-work / FCA
• ส่ง Draft ใบขน Term Ex-work
• ยื่น SI, VGM แก่สายเรือ
• ร่าง Draft BLs ให้ลูกค้า และ Overseas Agent เพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้อง
• ทำเอกสารเบิกจ่าย ค่ารับ B/L กับบัญชี
• ส่งงาน Messenger รับ BL และส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า
• จัดทำ Debit Note / Credit Note รวมส่ง Pre-alert ให้ Overseas Agent
• ตรวจสอบ เอกสารชุดวางบิลก่อนส่งบัญชี
Requirements
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน CS Export ในธุรกิจ Freight Forwarder 1-3 ปี
• มีความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี เน้น อ่านเข้าใจโต้ตอบ E-mail ได้
• ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office, E-mail ได้ดี
• มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และมีความยืดหยุ่นในเวลาทำงาน
