HR OFFICER
About this position
The HR Officer is responsible for managing various human resource functions including hiring, employee documentation, performance evaluation, payroll management, and providing support to employees.
Responsibilities
• Hiring base on manpower plan, and up date manpower status.
• Create personal files and provide supporting documents for new hires and ensure that employment documents are kept and updated.
• Handle, follow up the progress of probationary performance evaluation and keep record.
• Up date on time, monitoring and registration employees in master file, Payroll system and turnover report.
• Update health insurance for employee on time. Registration in and out for the employees monitoring claim process from insurance company.
• Prepare the related company’s document which is required for submitting visa or work permit, social security issues, etc. to the relates government office.
• Provide information to employees in case of employees need support.
• Monitoring and manage transportation both big bus & mini bus and report on time.
• Visa & Work permit.
• Payroll for DL, time management data verification.
• Completed job order by accomplition from supervisor, manager, by accomplishing relate result as need.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or relate fields.
• Experience at least 3 year of experience in Human Resources or related.
• Having good interpersonal skills and able to keep confidential.
• Good communication skill and ability to collaborate with people.
• Experience background in manufacturing with certified IATF16949 and ISO14001 as prefer.
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word, Auto CAD, Solid Work.
