About this position

Manage warehouse staff to comply with company objectives and Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping procedures while providing efficiency and quality improvements by examining, proposing and utilizing latest technologies in order to modernize warehouse and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategically and tactically manage the Warehousing / Distribution operations /Inventory Management and its staff across multiple sites in Thailand.
• Identify gaps and process improvements.
• Examine, propose and utilize latest technologies in order to modernize warehouse and distribution operations.
• Establish efficient operations covering Receiving, Warehousing, Kitting and Shipping, developing product handling & storage requirements for the business current & future needs.
• Forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
• Plan and effective of warehouse space for future capacity requirement.
• Set department objectives / KPI and assess on-going performance.
• Provide a safe working environment, health, safety procedure and ensuring team practiced all times.

Requirements

• B.A/B.S/B.Eng, M.A/M.S./M.ENG.
• 15 years total experience and 5-10 years management experience.
• Warehouse/Shipping/Distribution Experience, Management Experience, Statistical Analysis, Project Management, Knowledge of recent technologies and advancements in warehouse and distribution.
• Proven Team Management Experience.
• Flexible and adaptable changing situations and requirement.
• Health and safety focus.
• Annual budget management and preparation.
• Systematic approach and process oriented.
• Project Management or other management experience.
• Able to report and present team metrics and results to management.
• Proven track record in logistics and warehouse, with a Knowledge of customs clearance, duties, VAT and BOI.
