About this position

This position will be a part of a team to design, test and develop system infrastructure. The job includes user/vendor interface, monitoring and documentation according to the standards. The job will include assisting Sr. Engineer in establishing file requirement and processing specifications and helping user to get through the system-related problems. The objective of the job is to provide tools to support the growing organization in systematic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage IT infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server, Domain Controller, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Remote access, Email system, Internet System and etc.
• Administrate infrastructure, including data encryption, Anti-Virus solution.
• Perform systems lifecycle management including planning, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, consolidation, and decommissioning of enterprise hardware, and software.
• Perform daily system monitoring and backup procedures to ensure data security, availability and integrity of required resources, and proper recording of system logs and reviews.
• Install and configure servers and operating system patches, service packs and release upgrades.
• Perform maintenance on the system to make improvements and prevent overheating or other issues from arising, making predictions of problems in advance.
• Provide troubleshooting for internal customer and escalation point for IT team.
• Anticipating potential problems and action to solve them.
• Manage third-party resources, partners, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Provide immediate, direct customer support and troubleshooting help to end users through email, telephone.
• Administer on-call and after-hours technical support during scheduled and unscheduled emergency situations and update technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven knowledge working with server and storage hardware, software, including VMware, Microsoft server, UNIX, Linux, etc.
• Experience with VMWare Cluster, vCenter management and good knowledge in MS Exchange Server, AD, Web Server, File services.
• Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues and knowledge of data encryption and B2B data transferring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
